Make a gift

As a charitable organisation, receiving no direct funding from Government, we rely on the generosity of volunteers and donors. Your support helps secure the future of the Church and its remarkable heritage for generations to come.

As a Christian community, we give generously in response to God who has given so generously to us.  We give with thanksgiving for all the good gifts we receive, and from our commitment to our call to follow Christ. And we know that many in our community value Great St Mary’s, what it stands for and what it does.  People of all faiths and none share the varied life of our church and contribute to its ministry.

  • There are many ways in which you can support Great St Mary’s, including making a financial donation today. Be sure to visit our Generous Giving page, to find out about our 2019 stewardship campaign, and learn how you can support the ministries of Great St Mary’s.
  • If you are a UK tax payer, by Gift Aiding your donation we can re-claim a further 25% from the Government, without any cost to you. Download a Gift Aid (2019) Declaration form here.
  • Many members of Great St Mary’s have given legacies in their wills.  These have made an enormous difference to the life of the church community. Learn more about Leaving a Legacy.
