We offer a variety of spaces and meeting rooms which can be arranged to suit your event and there are discounts on hire charges for Registered Charities and some local community groups.
Café trading hours are 8.00 a.m. – 5.00 p.m., café is closed on Sundays.

THE CAFÉ SPACE
For a truly memorable reception, corporate event, or birthday celebration or evening wedding ‘breakfast’, the Café is one of the most beautiful venues in Cambridge. We can accommodate up to 85 people seated for a formal sit-down meal, and 120 for more informal events (Events of this size must take place outside normal working hours). The hire of the café space together with the chancel space can accommodate up to 150 people for informal events.
Exhibitions are on display in the café space throughout the year for viewing during cafe opening hours.

The Chancel is a beautiful venue for a wedding or blessing, a perfect setting for a conference or ‘stage’ performance, and acoustically very suitable for choral singing and small ensemble concerts. Seating, on fourteenth century misericords and cushioned Tudor pews, comfortably accommodates about 75 people; additional seating for up to 100 people, including performers, can be arranged. The Chancel is available for hire in the evenings and on Saturdays.

The Montefiore room, first floor south aisle, is ideal for meetings/workshops/presentations/classes etc and can seat up to 18 people boardroom style, 20 people classroom style. The Michael Mayne room, ground floor at the end of the north aisle corridor, seats 10 people boardroom style.
Additional equipment such as projector, screen and flip charts, are available for these rooms.
